This model is the more comfortable 2 cabin layout with a combo private/day head. The forward cabin is at the bow with a V-berth, offering a standing area for dressing and hanging locker.
Coming down the companionway, to port you will find the spacious head/shower combo. Just aft of the head you will enter the aft cabin which is athwart under the cockpit.
The dinette table can be lowered to become a berth for two, with backrests used as a "mattress".
Air Conditioning and Reverse Cycle Heating operate under shore power or generator.
The L-shaped Galley is to starboard with all the amenities you need: A double stainless sink with hot and cold controls, a 2 burner stove with oven, and a 12 Volt Refrigerator with small freezer running off the house batteries. Plenty of storage for utensils and pantry.
The vessel is powered by a reliable 27 hp YANMAR diesel model 3YM30 with only 2,250 hours! Engine is located under the companionway, offering easy access for maintenance, including the stuffing box.
Transmission is via a reliable, low-maintenance direct drive propeller shaft.
Original equipment includes a Raymarine Wind Indicator, a Tridata indicating depth, speed and distance, and a ST 6000 autopilot. The helm has been upgraded with a 2019 Garmin GPS Chart Plotter.
The VHF is an Icom IC-M502 located at the nav station.
A Bluetooth compatible stereo upgrade allows playing music right off your smartphone from anywhere on the boat.
Shore power is 110 Volt USA compatible, supplied by two 30 Amp cables. Uncommon for a boat this size, there is a 3.8 kW Fisher Panda diesel generator offering A/C comfort and battery charging at anchor. It has been serviced and has only 845 hours on the meter.
The house batteries are found under the aft berth.
Sails and Rigging
The rig is a Spar Craft in-mast furling mainsail, paired with a 120% genoa. Control lines are all led to the cockpit on each side of the companionway to two Harken 32 2-speed manual winches.
The genoa sheets are controlled by two Harken 44 2-speed manual winches near the helm.
