This beautiful and traditional Cape Cod Catboat from the dean of catboat designers, with her shallow draft, stiffness under sail, and overall roominess, could be just the pocket-cruiser you've been looking for. At 18’, this shallow-draft weekend cruiser was designed by the renowned catboat designer Fenwick Williams and built over 2 years by the Apprentice Shop in Rockland, Maine.
Hand built with the finest woods throughout: Teak, Northern White Cedar, Mahogany, Spruce, Sitka Spruce and African Bubinga can be found in the deck, seats, centerboard trunk, table, wheel and cabin. The hull construction is cedar planking on oak frames.
This husky, round-bottomed centerboard cruiser has cruising accommodations for two, a 10hp Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine with only 12 hours, and a custom Load-Rite double-axle trailer.
Located in Northport Point, Michigan, this boat is in very good condition and systems are working well, according to her owner.
