Construction
Boston BoatWorks built this hull and deck assembly using the modern technology of vacuum-bagged and post oven cured epoxy/Kevlar/E-glass/Corecell construction method with a solid fiberglass keel and thru-hulls (4). Her high strength-to-weight ratio makes for a lower weight, easier handling, and excellent fuel efficiency. The company's advertising line "Twice the Fun...Half the Fuel" applies to Sweet Caroline. Four fiberglass longitudinal stringers stiffen the hull. The combination of bow flare, narrow beam to length ratio, and light but strong construction make her maneuverable, speedy, and stable in various weather conditions.
