Offers a roomy, pleasant and versatile layout for a cruising couple. This is a wonderful vessel for entertaining and spending significant time aboard with family and friends.
Enter from the cockpit through the aft door and find yourself in the main salon, with galley to starboard. There is GREAT visibility with almost panoramic views from this area as well as from the pilothouse. The salon features stringless window blinds for privacy and opening windows on both sides and aft. The upholstery is a warm, neutral tan color. The floors are new teak and holly and there is beautiful teak cabinetry throughout the interior.
Continuing up three steps, you enter the pilothouse, with full helm controls to starboard. This area has full 360 degrees of visibility, which makes a huge difference to the pilot both when out to sea or in the close quarters of the harbor. Curtains provide privacy when needed. There are convenient access doors to both port and starboard side decks as well as one forward allowing access to the bow. Spring cleats just outside each pilothouse door make it easy to short-hand or even single-hand docking maneuvers. Helm controls, electronics and nav equipment are easy to access. The 12v and 110v electrical panels are also located in the pilothouse.
The engine room can be accessed beneath the pilothouse sole through two floorboards, with a hinged step to get in and out. Once inside the engine room, there is comfortable seating with good head room on either side of the engine and all parts are accessible. The soundproofing of this compartment makes socializing and general communication while underway easy and pleasant.
Continuing forward and down four steps, you enter the sleeping accommodations. The master stateroom is all the way forward and it features a walk-around “island” berth and generous headroom. Plenty of hanging lockers and cabinets offer great storage for a cruising couple. There is also a full-length mirror, overhead hatch, opening ports and access via a closed door to the ground tackle locker.
Aft of the master stateroom, there is a comfortable guest stateroom to port. The guest stateroom features upper (stowable) and lower berths, hanging locker, cabinet storage and opening ports.
Aft of the master stateroom and directly across from the guest quarters, there is a spacious head compartment. This versatile space serves as an easily accessible day head and provides roomy facilities for the cruising couple and guests. The head features an electric toilet, with Y-valve, macerator and holding tank, separate shower stall with standing room and seat, vanity with sink, small and large mirrors, cabinet storage, 110v outlet and opening ports. There is a handy removable panel to access the helm fixtures and wiring, which one will appreciate when any work needs to be done.

Designed by Lynn Senour, the originator of the Nordic Tug design, the 37 shares many of the high quality build features found in her larger and smaller siblings such as the hand-laid, fiberglass hull with hard chine and full keel as well as the same attributes of speed and seakeeping qualities. The waterline length of the 37 is actually 39 feet due to a molded-in swim step that is essentially an extension of the hull giving her greater speed, stability and fuel economy.
Fully equipped and prepared to suit your cruising wants and needs. She is ready to take on a new captain and crew. She has served her current owners well and she will do the same for you. Has had recent bottom paint and the exterior of all aluminum doors and windows have been beautifully painted with black Awlgrip. Her blue trim has also been refinished with Awlgrip. This boat is truly in beautiful condition!
