OVER BUILT FOR OFFSHORE SERVICE

This 2002 46' Creekmore Center Cockpit Cutter was designed by Ray Creekmore. Built as a heavy ocean going vessel that sails well in all weather conditions. This vessel was purchased as a finished hull and needed an interior and deck. The current owner had professionals working part time on the boat for 6 years and had invested over $500,000 into the project. The boat was left 15% un-completed when abandoned by the builders. This beautiful Creekmore is ready to be finished and will be sold at way under her value and at the sellers misfortune.
Anna offers clean lines, wide side decks and a small deep safe cockpit with all control lines running direct to the cockpit line clutches and self tailing winches. The bow sprit has twin bow rollers and a large CQR anchor operated by the electric windlass with a separate battery bank dedicated for the windlass and will also double as power for a future bow thruster. The deck has Tread Master non-slip pads and the Custom stainless steel bow and stern rails are 1&1/4 inches thick and so are the stanchions with SS double life lines. The stern 1 and 1/2 inch SS arch holds the twin wind generators, built in davits and has room for solar panels and any other attachments needed. The aft lazerette is huge with 2 opening hatches and built in Vetus vents. The deck sports 6 close-able dorades with SS protection bars, 17 SS opening port windows, 3 overhead hatches for excellent ventilation and all hand rails are stainless steel so there is no exterior wood to maintain. The aluminum toe rail offers great attachment points for halyards or fenders and has scuppers so the side decks hold no water.
The interior still needs some work, but the bulkheads are in, the tankage has been installed and plumbed, the Yanmar diesel is in great condition showing 91 original hours with twin Racors. There are electric bilge pumps in a well and above and all electrical wiring is done and very well labeled.
The interior is traditional with beautiful wood trim, 1 head with shower is finished and 1 incomplete, 2 air conditioned private staterooms and lots of storage everywhere. The teak & holly sole will need some finishing and all new cushions and mattresses will need to be ordered. If you have the desire to cruise the world or just go down island, this is the type of blue water cruiser you will want. If Anna is of interest and you feel that you can finish the vessel, please call us to set up your preview and make plans to sail away to your island dreams.
