This Catalina 36 MKII named Affinity is one of the most well kept and beautiful yachts of her class and size. She shows a great pride of ownership. The interior design is one you would expect on a much larger yacht. She has all the accommodations and equipment to make this a perfect cruising yacht for a day or weeklong adventure.

The engine compartment has great access to all critical parts of the engine. The engine is a Westerbeke/Universal M35-bc 4 cal. 35 hp, fresh water cooled, engine hours 1121, Transmission Hurth HBW 100-20 Ration 1.79 to 1, Shaft 1", shaft log has graphite packing, Propellor is a three blade 15" x 9" RH, Exhaust System has a Stainless Steel riser replaced in 2016, the engine was last serviced in February 2016. The engine cruises the yacht at 6.1 K.

Single berth 1, Double berth 3, You enter the light and airy salon with teak and holly sole from the cockpit with the large U shaped galley to port, forward of the galley is a large U shaped settee with a table for dining that seats six. The table settee converts to a double berth. On the starboard side there is seating for two with a table for games or your computer. This area also converts to a single berth. Aft of this area is the work station, chart table with a chair, navigation center and electrical panel. The aft cabin has a large double berth, hanging locker and drawers with two opening hatches and one side port light. The forward cabin has a large double V-berth with a hanging locker and drawers, with a private door to the head, it has an opening hatch for ventilation. The head is located to port with WC, shower with bench, sink with vanity, storage and an opening port and hatch for ventilation,


The U-shaped galley provides a great working space and is equipped for real cooking. It includes a two burner LPG stove (new gas bottle) with an oven, a solenoid sensor, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a large deep double stainless steel sink with a new single lever faucet. There is also a large dry storage locker.


GPS Garmin Map 700 with a color touch screen, Garmin radar 18", 36 mile range mounted on the mast with a gimbaled platform. VHF 450, VHF hand held, Garmin sonar depth sounder/fish finder, Raytheon ST5000 Autopilot, Autohelm knot meter, and a magnetic compass.


House and starting batteries new in 2016 and 2017. A 30 amp shore power cord, Cobra CPI 2575 inverter, a Tru-Charge 20 battery charger.


Main sail new in 2016 with a new Dutchman, Schaffer roller furling gear, Roller furling jib, Spinnaker was custom made for Affinity, with a spinnaker sock. There is a forespar whisker pole which is on a sliding track on the mast. There is a boom vang and two jib tracks and cars. All the running rigging is color coded and runs to the cockpit. Also included are main sail cover, winch covers, Dodger with isinglass, pedal cover, cockpit table cover, a rain cover for the cockpit with isinglass see thru.


The cockpit has seating for nine, with cockpit cushions, with three each side, two aft seats on the rail, and a helm seat. There is a very nice fold out table , and a steering pedestal with wheel. Forward is a Maxwell vertical capstan with a remote control, there is a stainless steel bow roller, 40 lb plow anchor with 125 feet of 5/8 line and 25' of chain. There are two Lewmar #30 winches and two Lemar #48 self tailing winches, Spinnaker rope clutch, halyard clutchs , new life lines in 2014, a deck wash down and a stainless steel barbecue.


A 6 gal Hot water heater runs off both the engine and 110V, Pumps: shower sump, high capacity bilge pump, macerator pump new in 2015, water pressure pump, manual bilge pump, and soft wood plugs, US Acoustics Stereo system, blue tooth compatible, 60 watts 4 channel with speakers in the cockpit and in the salon.


Owners manuals and all service records, bottom painted 2015, propellors painted with Prop Speed, ensign staff, five fenders, window screens and window blinds
