The boat is well laid out on deck and down below. On deck the boat has wide side decks for easy maneuvering fore and aft with lots of safety handrails. The bow area is roomy and safe with tall stainless steel tube life lines. The aft deck is also roomy enough to fish or haul crab pots. There is a transom door to access the teak swim step. Up a few steps from the aft deck takes you to the upper deck that’s non-skidded for good traction and a perfect place to set up some comfortable seats and watch the sunset. There is lots of room on the Pilothouse roof for Kayak or Paddleboard storage.
You can enter the vessel three ways, either through the two Pilothouse entry doorways or through the aft companionway entrance from the aft deck. Entering through the Pilothouse doorways takes you immediately into the Pilothouse with a nice Helm Station and a large Settee that doubles as a single berth as well as great storage areas. There is very good lighting and great visibility from the Pilothouse. Included Electronics are a Garmin GPSMap 4212 Multi-function Chartplotter, Radar, Depth, GPS and Speed, a Standard Horizon Matrix VHF with AIS and External Speaker, Garmin Auto-Pilot, Heart Interface Battery Charger and Inverter, Jensen Bluetooth Stereo and a Marine Hailer. Going forward, down a few steps, takes you into the Forward Cabin with a Double Berth, a large Hanging Closet, a Full Head with a Shower, Marine Toilet, Sink with Pressure Water and lots of storage areas. Heading aft past the Pilothouse takes you down a few steps into the Galley and Salon. The Galley hosts a Refrigerator, 3-Burner LPG Stove and Oven, Microwave, Double Stainless Steel Sink with Pressure Hot and Cold Water and lots of storage in drawers and cabinets. The Dinette in the Salon area is large with very comfortable seating. The table drops to form a Double Berth. There are large windows giving the Salon great visibility to the world outside and lots of storage areas as well.
The current owners bought a larger boat and need to sell Penguin. The boat shows exceptionally well, is clean and ready for her new owners!
Showings available by appointment, thank you!
