Actual Condition
The current owner purchased the boat 2008 in Florida. It is reported that the owner transported the boat on its own bottom to Virginia in 2016 and it ran well. Since then the boat has sat neglected. Work needed includes: windows in cabin areas have leaked causing wood damage. Forward cabin has a leak in roof and there is damage to plywood and veneer, both have been removed. Solid teak trim is in good condition. Starboard engine needs a new exhaust gasket installed, which is stored on the boat. Two seats on flybridge need new wood. Hull has some minor blistering and needs to be cleaned and bottom painted. No leaks. Full size bed in owner's cabin, bunks in front cabin. The couch in Salon converts to a full size bed. Boat sleeps 6. Please inspect carefully before making an offer.
