Drastic reduction in price on a nice Cape Dory 30 with the "B" style interior!
Eleven Eleven is not your ordinary Cape 30' sailboat, but rather one that had been well maintained with continuous important upgrading by her two previous owners. Note that she has had a new Yanmar 3GM30 installed in 2005 plus a recent dodger, cockpit enclosure, radar, curtains and other important systems upgraded by her present owner. Eleven Eleven has the very desirable "B" layout that provides an enclosed head most forward as well as a spacious main cabin. Note also that Eleven Eleven has a custom built over-the-road trailer. Owner encourages that you bring us your best offer!
