This is a 1985 Ocean Cruising Yacht OC42, a sailing classic built Hank Hinckley. She is a big sister to the OC40, with just a little more free board, water line, volume and sail area. She is truly a hand crafted yacht built in days of yore with the finest materials by some of the very best craftsmen that America had to offer. If the sheer line of Bill Tripp's Bermuda 40, or the Alden designed 44/46, or the M/Rs Southwester 42 spins your wheels, then here you go. She combines the best of those yachts just mentioned, with her aft cockpit, long over hangs, classic lines, fixed keel and powerful sail plan. The line of sight from her helm makes sail trim easy as does, the 10 stainless steel self tailing winches. Her interior offers her owners a "yacht" feel. This yacht is world capable. She is almost completely restored in classic tradition to be as beautiful as the day she was launched.
