Stunning Hacker 23 Triple cockpit in near perfect condition. Built by Hugh Saint, Inc. of Cape Coral, Florida in 1985, this "modern classic" boat offers all of the classic beauty of a vintage mahogany runabout without all of the typical wooden boat maintenance. Built with modern WEST system technology, Wizard is cold molded of three layers of mahogany on her bottom and two on the sides set in epoxy and sheathed below the waterline in Dynel. You can learn more about the builder at saintcustomboats.com
The engine was replaced in 2014 with an Mercruiser 357 Horizon, 310 HP V-8 that has under 25 hours running time. This 5.8L engine is fresh water cooled and has electronic fuel injection for ultra reliable performance.
The upholstery was re-done in green leather in 2015 and the varnish renewed in 2016.
This vessel is absolutely stunning and in near perfect condition. When not in the water she is parked on her storage trailer with a full boat cover in the garage.
Her owner passed a few years ago and the family has made the difficult decision to sell. They are hopeful to sell Wizard to someone who will enjoy her as much as he did!
