Propane range with oven, refrigeration, recently rebuilt Universal diesel with 0 hours. Electric windlass, auto pilot, radar, wind machine, fully battened main, cabin heater.
The Cape Dory 30' cutter has proven to be a capable family cruiser with off shore capability. Pe Pa is a very traditional Carl Alberg design and if compared to an automobile, it would fall under the class as your father's most reliable Buick!
An easy boat to sail, especially with a self tending jib and fully battened main sail. The fresh cooled 2 cycle Universal diesel 14 hp was complete rebuilt by a most reputable shop last season and currently has 0 hours on the engine.
