This T-37 was actually the introductory boat of the new (and final) model SS Tartan 37 with the latest layout, doing away with the pilot berth, providing a much more open cabin layout with considerably more storage space (see picture) and an improved folding dinette table. She was purchased in 1989 by the 2nd owner, and 2012 by present owner who both have made many improvements, and kept the boat in outstanding condition. She has been hauled and partially covered for 5 to 6 months each winter, with never a blister, in the spring of 2016 the bottom was stripped to bare fiberglass, barrier coated and new bottom paint, new bottom painted again in 2017.
Special Note : This T-37 was surveyed two weeks ago and it was determined that she has some wet core in her decks. The decks feel solid when you walk around but at some point in it's life they will need to be repaired. Therefore the price has been reduced from $ 42,500 to $ 29,500.
