Accommodation and layout
The accommodation offers up to six berths in a one cabin and saloon layout. Forecabin with V-berth with infill to form a double, underneath stowage, cave lockers above and opening hatch to foredeck.
Saloon consisting of two settee berths,both port and starboard sides convert into double berths either side of a central table with folding leaves, storage under and cupboards above. Heads compartment to port, aft of the saloon, with a Jabsco sea toilet and sliding washbasin providing pressurised hot and cold water. Large hanging locker opposite.
Companionway steps up to the wheelhouse with helm position to starboard and fridge beneath, galley to port equipped with a Plastimo 2-burner hob, oven and grill, stainless steel sink with pressurised cold and hot water heated via calorifier and mains immersion heater.
Large aft cockpit with two settee berths either side of a three position folding table allowing the cockpit to be adapted for many uses such as dining alfresco, fishing or sleeping on warm summer nights with cockpit tent and cover.
Eberspacher diesel fired warm air heating system for those colder months.
Construction
Scandinavian built LM 28 by LM Glasfiber. GRP hull (epoxy coated in 2001) deck and superstructure. Light grey with blue detailing, moulded non-slip surfaces. Rubber rubbing strakes. Enclosed wheel house with opening roof hatch and drop door system. Tiller steering from the cockpit. Encapsulated twin keels and skeg hung rudder.
Engine & Mechanics
Volvo Penta MD2030 30HP inboard diesel engine (well maintained and serviced) located in soundproof compartment beneath the cockpit sole giving easy access. Saildrive to 3 blade propeller.
2x 12V batteries charged via engine alternator and sterling battery charger. Shorepower system with 240V sockets.
Sails and Rigging
Bermudan sloop rigged yacht, with deck stepped alloy mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging and Terylene running rigging, lines leading aft to the cockpit. Slab reefing mainsail with lazy Jacks and roller furling foresail.
All sails are said to be in good condition.

Aditional information
Rambler has spent the last decade cruising around the Irish Sea and Scotland with the present owners, and whatever the weather has sailed very well and always made them feel safe. She has been well maintained and cared for. She comes with all the equipment needed for cruising, including various charts and cruising guides. All seacocks were replaced 3 years ago.
