Great Boat, Fun to Sail, New Lower Price!!!
This is a great opportunity to purchase a Beneteau First 30E which is a fast cruiser/racer. It is an ideal yacht for a family or someone to sail single handed. It has the advantages of the rigging being replaced only 5 years ago in 2012 and many upgrades. It has been well cared for by the current and previous owners.
This Beneteau First 30E offers six berths in two cabins and the saloon. It has good headroom at just over 6ft. There is a V berth in the forward cabin with an infill to make into a double berth, with storage underneath the berth.
Aft of the forward cabin is the heads compartment to Port with a marine toilet and wet locker behind. Opposite to starboard is a wash basin with cold freshwater.
The saloon has good sized settee berths on both sides with a central table with drop-down leaves which opens to easily accommodate seven people seated around it. The Port settee berth pulls out to make a double berth. The saloon has lots of storage space.
This Beneteau First 30E has a Yanmar 2GM Diesel engine located under companionway steps. There is no meter, unknown hrs. but starts, runs good and doesn’t smoke.
Built by Beneteau and designed by Jean Berret. White GRP hull and decks with moulded-in non-slip surfaces. Cast iron tandem deep fin keel. Tiller steering to spade hung rudder. Anodised aluminium toe rails. Stainless steel stanchions, pulpit and pushpit quarters. Walk through transom gate to bathing platform. Teak battens to cockpit seats and transom platform. Last out of the water in January 2016 when the yacht was bottom painted and got new zincs.
