Don't Miss this Rare to Market Cruiser!
There were 255 boats of this model built by Hallberg Rassy between 1980 and 1991. Because of their reputation for offshore travel they have become much sought after in the used boat market. A quality builder, center cockpit, flush deck, high freeboard, fixed windscreen, and a thoughtful interior layout all contribute to today's popularity.
This seller's tenure began in 1994. In 2009 he began a refit which extend to 2011. The work included all new teak decks and rails, a new Yanmar engine and new Vetus bow thruster. Electronics while not new are relatively resent and highlighted by a Garmin 5212 at the helm. The interior looks better than most boats a 1/3rd of her age. The mahogany woodwork with satin finish glows and cushions are fresh. The galley has been updated with new stove, SS sink and microwave.
If you’re looking for a capable blue water cruiser, Adelante will not disappoint.
