Jabberwocky (Sail No. 189) is a custom-built Dictator-model fiberglass Friendship Sloop. Her first owner, who finished the hull himself, sailed her in fresh water on Lake Michigan until selling her in 2000. Her current owner has sailed and cared for her since 2006 out of Brooklin Maine. She is yacht-finished and also represents the bygone era of sailing for lobsters at the turn of the 20th century along the Maine coast. The workmanship and detail are superb, and just as important, her maintenance program by the team at the Brooklin Boat Yard has been fabulous. Jabberwocky is for the individual who wants a classic Maine yacht with proven seaworthiness and beauty, all in one!
