Compass Rose, a six time veteran of the Marion to Bermuda race, is a well loved, stalwart cruising boat with beautiful lines designed by one of the most respected designers' of all times, Carl Alberg.
Bronze ports and winches from their own foundry, Spartan Marine, add to her charm and beauty and really remind you of her heritage. Regimental stripe cushions add a classic air.
If you love a pretty line and respect the seaworthiness of a classic, Compass Rose could be your girl.

The interior layout of Compass Rose is a traditional one with V-berth forward. There are storage shelves, a hanging locker to port, another locker to starboard and a bank of drawers. There are cubbies under the v-berth, too. Opening ports with screens and two opening overhead hatches with screens allow good ventilation.
Next aft to port is the head. There is a sink, manual marine head and a telephone type shower with a teak grate that drains to a separate sump with pump. There are white bulkheads and countertops with teak trim and several storage compartments. (There is a Lectrasan Waste Treatment System that has been decommissioned. A holding tank with "Y" valve is used.)
Across from the head on the Starboard side is a huge hanging locker.
The main saloon is next aft. It features facing settees and a centerline drop leaf table. The port settee pulls out to make a double bunk. There is storage directly behind and above each settee.
The "U" shaped galley is to port of the companionway and features a double stainless steel sink, CNG Stove with oven and refrigerated icebox.
To starboard of the companionway is the forward facing nav desk with quarterberth directly behind.
