Accommodations includes up to 8 berths in 2 cabins. There is good headroom and ventilation throughout. Forward the V berth with 2 storage lockers and lots of storage below the bunk and access to anchor chain in the bow. To port good size head compartment with Jabsco toilet and stainless steel basin. Moving aft down the centre is the saloon folding table with settees either side. Above each settee is an outboard pilot berth or storage space. To port are the navigation table and seat. The electrical panel is behind the companion way stairs. The galley is to starboard with three burner cooker and oven, small front-loading refrigerator with small ice box. One stainless steel sink with manually pumped water. Under the cockpit is the engine room. To port aft of the nav station is a quarter berth for two people.
Located centrally aft of the saloon is the 2004 Volvo Penta 2003b 26HP diesel engine. With 2 blade bronze propeller.

Built in Canada by C&C yachts One-O-Six is a solid fibreglass hull with a lead ballast keel. (deck repainted 2018 and core replaced in sections as needed). Lead fin keel with spade rudder, all keel bolts checked and torqued 2018. Mast head deck stepped mast with all new standing rigging, chain plates pulled polished and resealed 2019, new jib halyard, new main sheet, new traveller lines and traveller serviced with new Delrin balls, new furler line with new Delrin balls top and bottom, new main halyard.
Hull is painted red, decks are painted grey.
One-O-Six has an Australian registration and there are no known outstanding encumbrances.
