The Leisure 23 is a popular family cruising yacht with surprisingly spacious accommodation for their size. Designed by Frank Pryor for serious cruising they make excellent East coast cruisers thanks to their shallow draft and ability to take the ground. Herbert Francis is being sold on a strictly 'as seen' basis with no engine available or included, hence the low guide price.
