Make this Hallberg Rassy into YOUR cruising sailboat! Never a better opportunity to find such a quality-built cruiser at a truly bargain price -- the catch is that you'll probably want to install some new systems aboard (head, refri, electronics).
Was just hauled for bottom paint in late-February, 2020! No history of osmosis on this boat, and the cutlass bearing is relatively new. Also recent:
--Engine starting battery (2020)
--Freshwater pump and auto bilge pump (Sept, 2019)
--Volvo MD-21A (used) installed (2015) -- taken from a boat operated in freshwater only.
--Standing rigging replaced (2010), and turnbuckles replaced (2015)
***All pictures 14 March, 2020 except for the boatyard picture of 23 February, 2020 -- what you see is what you get!
So here is your ideal Hallberg Rassy, conveniently located in one of the best cruising locations in the world: the pristine Western Caribbean! While safely tucked up the Rio Dulce in Guatemala during hurricane season, same-day cruising from the Rio can have you snorkeling or diving the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world – Belize it! Or, it’s just an overnighter away to experience the Bay Islands of Honduras (Utila, Roatan, Guanaja). Great Boat, Great Location… it’s time to have fun!
