SAILS and RIG:
Slab reefing mainsail. Genoa roller rigging system with furling genoa. Kemp alloy mast and boom replaced in 1990. Stainless steel standing rigging (1990).
Yanmar 2GM20 20hp twin cylinder inboard diesel. Engine new in 1990 and major overhaul in August 2009. Shaft drive to fixed propeller. New propeller fitted 2011.
2 x 12v batteries. 240v shore power professionally installed in 2019/20 with RCD, inverter & sockets including USB. LED interior lights.
Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit, stanchions and guardwires, blue sprayhood (new 2019), spray dodgers with name, lines led aft to cockpit, inflatable dinghy, cockpit table, Gibb winches, stainless steel boarding ladder on transom, Anchor with chain, mooring warps and fenders.
Compass, VHF radio, echo sounder, log, navigation lights.
Horseshoe lifebuoy with light, rope cutter on propeller, auto bilge pump (2019).
She has the Eberspacher hot air diesel heating system with outlet to the cabin. Her galley has a Plastimo Coral gas cooker with 2 burners and oven, gas system upgraded in 2005 to include a venting cockpit gas locker. Sink with water supply from approx 10 gallon tank. Her separate heads compartment has a marine toilet, sliding hand basin fitted 2019. Fabric upholstery (1997), curtains and new blinds.
"A" layout with 6 berths in 2 cabins, in-fill for double berth forward, saloon table converts to a double berth, 2 quarter berths. Chart table and saloon table.
Built in 1971 and launched in 1972. Epoxied in 1992 and keels lowered and re-bedded in 1992, engine replaced in 1990, purchased by previous owner in 1998 having been owned by the Royal Engineers Sailing Club from 1978. Present owner since 2019.
Her gas installation was upgraded to Corgi standard in 2005, her topsides were professionally re-sprayed in 2018, her engine had a major overhaul in 2009 including new stern tube, exhaust elbow, rear engine mounts, cutlass bearing & reconditioned cylinder head. A heating system was fitted in 2009 and new prop in 2011. The Clipper log was new in 2013.
