Beautiful traditional Cheoy Lee Offshore 40 designed by Phil Rhodes.& in very good condition. Current Owner has had her for many years & has taken good care of her & it shows. A great sailer & very, very pretty. Well-laid-up stout FIBERGLASS hull, teak decks in nice shape. Varnished Teak, cast bronze, absolutely classic lines. Full keel with cutaway forefoot & hung Rudder for seaworthiness & straight tracking in a seaway with nimbleness for close quarters. Lovely down below, ship's table, full galley, quarter bunk, private forward stateroom, built-in seating & fixtures all with famous Cheoy Lee quality & attention to detail.
