PYRAT, a 57' Chris Craft Constellation built in 1968, was purchased by the current owner in 2011 with the mission of transforming a classic motoryacht into a functional masterpiece reflective of the owner’s passion for the sea.
Over a two-year period at a cost of well over $2 million, PYRAT’s original interior was gutted and rebuilt using handpicked, exotic woods such as fire mahogany and cocobolo. Details include handcrafted crystal, custom stitched leather accents, custom hardware, and Italian abalone tile.
The exterior was painted with Awlgrip in 2019 and the hull was refastened in 2018. Additional equipment includes the installation for two Seakeepers for at-rest stabilization, Glendinning electronic controls, Furuno Navnet 3D electronics, inverter/charter, LED lighting throughout, Viking galley appliances, custom-built furniture plus many more.
The level of craftsmanship and detail put into this timeless classic is truly something to behold and must be seen to appreciate. PYRAT is a special offering for the discerning yachtsman looking for a truly unique and special yacht.
