1966 Cheoy Lee Sloop

Cristina is a 35 ft.Lion Sloop designed by Arthur Robb and built by the Choey Lee boatyards in 1966.  She was berthed at the Old Lime marina in Old Lime CT and sailed extensively in New England until 1978 when she was shipped to San diego.  She has been berthed at the San Diego Yacht Club since 1984.  She won the Sefton trophy for best maintained yacht in 1992 and has been meticulously maintained by one owner for the past 42 years.  Specifications:  LOA 35’6”  Beam 8’9” Draft 5’6” Displacement 14,000lbs  Inventory: New Universal-4 engine with less than 12 hrs, jib, genoa and mainsail in good condition with roller furling jib,  fiberglass hull with teak decks and cabin sides, fur varnished mast,  full boat cover, new sail cover, navigation station, folding dining table,  25 gallon gas tank and two 40 gallon water tanks with pressurized water pump, galley 2 burner propane stove, refrigerated ice chest, Signet wind direction/speed, depth and boat speed/log meters,  am/fm CD stereo, two Danforth anchors, freshly painted cabin top and cockpit.  Hull antifouling in good condition, Teak decks and all bright work exterior and interior in excellent condition.  Must see and sail to fully appreciate  this classic yacht.
