The idea of making a Croatian yacht with a unique identity was the starting point for the two models :
Monachus 45 Pharos, Monachus 45 Explorer.
• Beside the fact that these yachts are semi-custom built, there are numerous garanties of their quality, such as uncompromising respect for the laws of hydrodinamics and accesibility in all the elements.
• Navigation lines are the first rule of shaping the yacht and her interior. When it comes to choosing colours and materials for the interior, clients play an important role in making the final decision. Ergonomic standards are well respected, as well as highest standards of ecology. Love for nature, the sea and navigation are engraved in our shipyard just as boat-making is.
• The name itself (Monachus monachus, lat. = Mediterranean Monk Seal) evokes the care for preserving the nature's wealth, especially this beautiful but endangered sea mammal. For that reason, Shipyard co-operates with a Croatian scientific association ''Mediterranean Monk Seal Group'', thus supporting the research and protection of the mammal.
• The Monachus yachts are built under supervision and in accordance with standards of IMCI (International Maritime Certificate Institute; Bruxelles) which allows the yachts to be delivered to the market of EU, including Switzerland, Norway, Turkey and Tunisia. When taking part in the game with the waves on Monachus, you know that the sea is a magnificent world in which the Monachus Shipyard is your favourite port, Pharos or Explorer a dream come true.
