Welcome to Woodrolfe Brokerage

Woodrolfe Brokerage is division of Tollesbury Marina in Essex. The brokerage has been serving customers for over 20 years now and has built a strong reputation based on customer service. We have two Used Boat Shows a year, one in the Spring and one in the Autumn. We advertise extensively in both yachting publications and on the Internet.

Situated at the heart of the Essex countryside at the mouth of the river Blackwater, Tollesbury Marina is convenient for London and the Home Counties to the South, being only 45 minutes from Junction 28 (M25), and Cambridge and Suffolk to the North.

The marina is ideally located for exploring the rivers and creeks of the East Coast with the river Crouch to the South, West Mersea and rivers Colne, Orwell and Deben to the North. For those wishing to cruise further afield the marina offers the perfect gateway to the cruising grounds of Holland, Belgium and France.

Our renowned yacht brokers list over 75 boats world-wide with over 40 boats permanently on show at Tollesbury Marina and our experienced team will always take time to find you the right boat. If you're thinking of selling during the Spring or Autumn seasons, then our Used Boat Shows during that time of the year really do give us the edge - the additional exposure in most of the national titles often results in a quick sale.

Woodrolfe Brokerage image We have full lifting facilities for boats up to 30 Tons and can store vessels ashore near electricity and water at any time of the year. Our repair centre, with engineering facilities on site, has an excellent reputation for modern and traditional repairs, re-sprays and Osmosis treatments. Rigging services and sail makers are nearby.

“Pearl Fisher” is a really lovely example of these popular family cruising boats. She has had a great deal of investment and improvement over the last two years with over £20,000 spent in 2010/11including a new head lining by a Westerly specialist, a full topsides and superstructure re-spray in Awlgrip by Tollesbury Marina, new internal upholstery, a full osmosis treatment with warranty still in place, her rudder has been rebuilt, her keel bolts cleaned and much of her equipment has been renewed including cooker, fridge and microwave. She has a new sprayhood, dodgers, cockpit cushions and boom cover and her windows/hatches were overhauled. She has been based here at Tollesbury Marina in recent years and can be easily viewed afloat on one of our pontoons.
