Brian,

Because of the recent weather, it took a while but we are now settled in our slip in Bay Head. I just wanted to let you
know how happy we are with Winters Sailing Center and the new 46. The substantial electronic and other installations
done by Bob were first class in every respect and all operated to expectations throughout the trip. The 46 sailed
magnificently in heavy weather, very stable and balanced. The addition of Jason to the team was a great move and we
found him to be extremely competent and conscientious with the result that the launch and checkout was completed well
before May 1 as well as the short hit list. You have a great team and product and Carol and I thank you all your help and attention.

home will be on Lake Sunapee in NH.

Now that we have enjoyed our first season with our Beneteau 423 (commissioned May of 2006)
we just wanted to send you a short note letting you know how pleased we are with the level of
service we have received from Winters Sailing Center in Riverside, NJ. During our first year of
ownership we experience failures with water heater, forward shower, windlass and a leaking port;
all on separate occasions and every time we called their service department the unit was replaced,
repaired or a part shipped always within two weeks of our contacting them. Although we had
commented to in the survey you sent us that we were disappointed in the length of time it took them
to commission the boat; ever since we've left their docks their service dept. has been just great and
should be commended.

On behalf of Linda and me, I want to thank you, Glen, Brian, Nancy and all
of the staff at G. Winter Sailing Center for organizing and implementing the
"OUTSTANDING" Winter Rendezvous for Sailors which you held on January 15th,
2005. It was REALLY, REALLY, REALLY GREAT!!! All of the seminars were
extremely beneficial. I learned lots about gelcoat repair / maintenance,
picked up some tips on engine self maintenance and learned about the new
Raymarine gadgets that we all simply "gotta" have!!

Also, the raffles and vendor tables were well organized and properly
staffed. Then, on top of it all, you had a wonderful buffet for us with live
music as well!! You all thought of everything. The customer driven focus of
G. Winter Sailing Center is, I believe, at the heart of your organization's
great success. I'm happy to be part of the G. Winter Sailing Center Family
and we look forward to a continued, long term, relationship. Please pass on

The Winter Rendezvous for Sailors was just what we
