AGREEMENT
The seller agrees to make the boat available and in a condition to be shown with a reasonable lead time. The seller agrees to sell boat if asking price is offered, with the understanding that seller may accept offer lower than asking price. Seller agreees to pay commission of 10% of selling price to Waypoint Marine Group, Inc with a $2,000.00 minimum commision on boats selling under $20,000.00. Seller agrees to inform Waypoint Marine Group, Inc if the boat is sold and to provide the name of the buyer. Seller also acknowledges that the boat refered to above IS NOT under an exclusive or central listing agreement with any broker, boatyard, or marina.
