Steve Raybourne hails from Charleston, S.C. where he spent his early years shrimping, crabbing and gunkholing the marshes of the Low Country. Following a move to central Georgia, he became a competitive water skier and SCUBA diver, while continuing to build his coastal cruising experience aboard a number of vessels ranging from 23 to 43 feet. Multiple trips to the Bahamas, Florida Keys and Gulf crossings highlight his coastal experience. Following college and a career change into Operations Management, Steve relocated to the Chattanooga area in 1986. Experience in finance, human resources and team development round out Steve’s 29 year professional career and those professional abilities, combined with his love of the water and cruising, provide the perfect foundation for his yacht brokerage. Steve and his wife Donna live on the Tennessee and Hiwassee River system where they have cruised extensively since 2000. At home both above and below the waterline, Steve currently holds a 100T Master Captain's license and can be found most days with his wife aboard their Jefferson 48, LEGACY. Tim White grew up spending the summers at the family lake house. He has been an avid boater ever since buying his first boat just months after buying his first car. His entrepreneurial spirit has allowed him to own two company's but in January of 2007 he was given the opportunity to work a boat show for a major boat retailer and brokerage company in the Atlanta Market. After working the show for 5 long days and selling over a half million dollars in inventory he decided he was a natural and he joined their team full time. He has completed several manufacturing training courses as well as becoming yacht certified. This experience has made Tim a very successful yacht broker consecutively generating over a million dollars of sales every year. With out any doubts, Tim takes customer service to the next level. Rudolph Arp is originally from Germany, where he sailed on many large yachts. In 1992, Rudolph moved to Spain, where he became interested in yacht brokerage. He was involved and brought together a number of large yacht transactions along the Mediterranean coast. At the same time, he published a book about the last remaining Spanish windjammers in 2004, with a second edition due in 2011. Following that, he led a project to locate and restore an American-built or designed schooner yacht. Both in yacht brokerage and in project leadership of yacht restorations and refits, he used his broad knowledge of sail and motor yachts, as well as the many languages he speaks. He speaks English, German, Spanish and French. Rudolph currently resides in Washington, D.C., where he caters with the same diligence for the local demand of luxury yachts located worldwide, as well as for the local yacht market in the Chesapeake. He and his wife enjoy sailing the Chesapeake aboard their classic 40' sailboat. Rudolph Arp has written several articles and books about classic and traditional yachts. Neal Estes was born in Columbia, SC and grew up on beautiful Lake Murray outside of Columbia. His boating began at the age of 5 with his father and was water-skiing by age 6 behind his dad's fishing boat. His family owned a number of boats over the years.
