Watermark Marine Group image Tony Eyl is the owner and principal broker for Watermark Marine Group. Tony’s professional background prior to yacht brokerage was in the commercial real estate development and brokerage industry. That work resulted in his being the top producing commercial broker in his home county for 8 years in a row. Prior to forming Watermark Marine Group, Tony was a broker with one of the Florida's most well known and long standing yacht brokerage firms and was the top producing broker there for 2 years prior to the formation of Watermark. If there is one thing Tony knows, it is sales and marketing. Yacht brokerage for Tony is the effective combination of his true love for boating and his proven results oriented marketing and sales abilities across multiple disciplines. Boats and boating are his passion, sales and marketing his profession, and providing unparalleled service that results in families and friends creating memories on the water the true joy of yacht brokerage.

Tony believes success in brokerage requires a unique skill set of interpersonal skills, effective communication, strong analytical abilities, a gift for sales and marketing (true deal making can't be taught!), and a flexible attitude to keep things fun for customers and clients.
