Jurek started his career in the yachting business as an engineer,living aboard a 100 foot Broward as the owners full time engineer. He worked to get his captains license and continued on his path as a yacht captain for the next 25 years having piloted all of the California coastline, Mexico,as far north as Alaska eventually spending his summers in the Mediterranean aboard some of the most impressive Italian designed yachts in the world. His reputation as an honest hard working dedicated loyal professional impressed the yacht owners and has only ever worked for 2 individual owners in his 25 years as a captain. The natural progression for him was into yacht sales and eventually this brokerage company.
