Our brokers are high energy deal makers who work very hard for their clients.Hows Business? The first 8 months of 2008 our office generated 22% more revenue than the same period in 2007. Additionally we have doubled the number of Central Listings held by our office.
To quote Warren Buffet business since 12/01/2008 to 4/01/2009 has fallen off a cliff. Brokerage sales up and down the coast are down 25-50% overall. April 2009 was much better as we delivered 410 feet of brokerage boats. We are off about 35% from the same period in 2008. May is starting off very active with shoppers but not many new contracts yet.
June July and August 2009 was a brokerage sales surge here in the mid atlantic region. Sales for that period were up 12%. Hope the activity continues into the Fall.
