Staging is critical to sucessfully selling a boat for the best price in the least amount of time. Not 'decorating', staging is depersonalizing a space in order to allow potential owners to envision themselves living well in that space.

and finally, the staged product, which sold in 30 days! An absolutely beautiful boat, she was listed in March and stayed in her home slip. In May she moved to our Chesapeake location where we detailed her and staged her in June. She sold immediately and closed in July.
