About Us
Nick Rau has been involved in the marine industry for many years in yacht ownership, operations, maintenance and yacht sales. Several years ago, after cruising the waters of California and Mexico, Nick stopped in Puerto Vallarta and decided to make it home. Nick has an extensive sailboat racing background and continues to be active in the local regattas and is an active supporter of the juniors program at the Vallarta Yacht Club, where he serves as an officer. For the past 7 years, Nick has serviced the marine industry throughout Banderas Bay where he has established a reputation for setting the high-water mark among yacht brokers.
Daniel Voorhees has been selling yachts for several years. He operated a successful yacht brokerage business in Seattle before deciding to escape for a warmer climate. Daniel started boating 35 years ago on the great lakes of Michigan and boating has literally become a labor of love. He has been lucky to connect with Nick Rau and together they make a great team representing buyers and sellers of both sailboats and motoryachts throughout the west coast of Mexico. Our Location. Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta are located within the beautiful Banderas Bay on the Pacific coast of mainland Mexico. Our office is located out of the aptly-named Paradise Village Marina (www.paradisevillage.com) in Nuevo Vallarta, just 10 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport. As one of the most popular destinations in Mexico, there are several airlines to service our location from anywhere in the world. We are ideally located to serve all of Banderas Bay’s boating needs. When you come to visit us, we’ll be there to pick you up when your flight arrives and assist to help make your visit a happy and comfortable experience.
