DIESEL DUCK 702 (74' LOA)
This boat is still in the concept stage. George will be doing the line drawings, the rig design and final specifications for the first hull. The interior will be a joint effort between George and Seahorse.
The 742 was originally conceived for an Italian charter company needing five boats. However, due to business problems, they have not placed an order yet.
There is some flexibility on the interior layout to meet special needs.
The DD-702 will be about 74 feet LOA with a 20' beam and can be twin or single diesel. Currently we are planning to use IVECO or John Deere 6 liter marine diesels on the twin
screw versions, rated at about 280 HP each. Other diesels are available as
an option.
The price, at current exchange rates, well equipped including masts, thruster, genset, upper deck steering station, electronics and safety package will be $950,000 U.S., factory delivery.
