The outstanding NAJAD Yachts product line offers to the discerning client a range of modern design, superbly-built & finished, performance-oriented high-quality sailing yachts from 33 - 57 feet that feature both center- & aft-cockpit configurations optimized for cruising comfort & safety. Selected new NAJAD Yachts models are presented at the Newport Spring Show in May, the Newport International Boat Show in September as well as the United States Sailboat Show (Annapolis) that is held in October. We can arrange for any of our NAJAD Yachts offerings to be shown at any time, as available, by appointment.

Presenting brokerage sailing yachts of Scandinavian manufacture is a major specialty for us. We have collectively found that such exemplary quality never really goes out of style and it is good business for all concerned! Notable examples include our own NAJAD’s as well as BALTIC’s. SWEDEN’s, JONMERI’s and, of course, our House Specialty of brokerage SWAN’s (we were the SWAN Agents in Newport for some 24 years).

Scandinavian Yachts is also pleased to offer brokerage power yachts that sailors would buy. Such selections are typified by the classic Down East-style fast day boat & cruisers as well as the trawlers & motoryachts favored by our clients who intend to accomplish some extended cruising. Our Scandinavian Yachts crew is comprised of Jennifer Stewart, Alan Baines and Randy Altemus. Jennifer has over 26 years of experience in new & brokerage yacht sales that includes being a designated Nautor’s Swan Agent. Alan has over 15 years of experience selling both new build and brokerage yachts, a further 5 in managing marina and boatyard service operations and holds degrees in nautical science, yacht management as well as a Second Officer’s Certificate for ships of unlimited tonnage. Starting in the yacht sales industry in 1973 after a tour of duty flying for the Navy, Randy has over 34 years of experience in the sail & power brokerage and new yacht construction venues for some of the best names in the business in the United States and overseas. Accordingly, we are well-known for our expertise in managing both domestic as well as overseas transactions and their demanding details of pre-purchase inspection & survey, ownership transfer and yacht transport & delivery considerations.
