It's hard to believe we have been in the new building for over a year, but time flies when you're having fun! The NEW SHILSHOLE MARINA BUILDING is a state of the art building designed by MITHUN ARCHITECTS, and it reflects the finest in Northwest style and amenities. SHILSHOLE MARINA is the largest on Puget Sound, and has just undergone a complete renovation.

Our newly expanded moorage space is showcased front and center in the most active and widely used commercial docks on the Sound. Plan on visiting us soon. We are open daily from 9-5pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from 11am to 5pm!

Meet our GENERAL MANAGER...MARGARET SCHMIDT
Whether she is conducting a sea trial with a client, (at right), or covering the office at Shilshole Marina, Margaret is at home around the water. An experienced racer, Margaret skippered her Eckerd College team during the Nationals and most recently was the Jr. Boating Director for the Queen City Yacht Club here in Seattle.

Originally from Portland Maine, Margaret has sailed from Nova Scotia to the Caribbean and is excited to learn new waters here in the Pacific Northwest. After two and a half years with the brokerage, Margaret has earned the role of General Manager as she directs all phases of the business here at SAS YACHTS.

We are excited to welcome JUDY NASMITH, our lead broker with a focus on coastal and offshore cruising sailboats. Judy has been sailing and racing since age 12. She has done several offshore passages in the past and now enjoys cruising the Pacific Northwest with her partners Paul and Julian, onboard their Nordic 44 “Annie”. A past Hobie 16 Women’s National Champion, and live-aboard for five years, Judy has combined her racing and cruising experiences in helping people to fulfill their sailing dreams. She has been a Yacht Broker in the Northwest since 1996 specializing in cruising sailboats. Judy has been the organizer of the annual “Perry Design Rendezvous” and the “Women’s Boating Seminar” in the Northwest since 1998.
