It is a fortunate person who can turn his passion into his business.
Barney Sandeman's love of boats and sailing was born and nurtured on the shores of Poole Harbour, which is now the home of the Sandeman Yacht Company. He started to sail when he was 7 years old and has spent the last 30 years sailing competitively and for pleasure all over the world; racing everything from catamarans to classic yachts, working with builders and brokers, generating a worldwide network of colleagues friends and fellow competitors, all of which form an invaluable backbone to what is Sandeman Yacht Company. We are situated on Poole Harbour - second only to Sydney as the largest natural harbour in the world - within a stone's throw of the Solent and Cowes, the Mecca of world yachting - 30 miles from Southampton and the motorway to London and Heathrow. Sandeman Yacht Company sell all types of quality sail and power yachts and offer a high level of marketing support and knowledge to sellers and buyer alike. We are well aware that the search for the perfect vessel should not be confusing, and is definitely not time wasted - we try to keep a focus on the boat that will fit your needs as well as inspire.
