Seals at the Haverstraw marina!
Here's is a photo of one of the seals that find thier way up the Hudson River.
It seems they come every winter just to follow the herring up the river.
When the herrings leave, so will the seals.
We've seen two species, Spotted seals & harbor seals.
Pretty cool huh!
Another reason to visit the Hudson are the increasing population of Bald Eagles! We're seeing them almost once a day during the winter.
