Tom and Melinda Lippincott
Tom was born into a boat building family, with weekends usually spent at a regatta somewhere. Tom learned at an early age that "messing about in boats" if disguised properly could pass as work. Melinda came into the scene when Tom was 15 and they have been together ever since. One of their greatest accomplishments was pitching it all and taking their three daughters out cruising for two years. "A life changing event for us all it truly bonded us in a way that may not have been possible otherwise."
As a team Tom and Melinda bring the knowledge, experience and passion to offer their clients a unique and rewarding experience whether buying or selling.
