Precision Trailerable Sailboats
Precision Boatworks makes a solid line of pocket cruisers and day sailers that are perfect for the Southern New England market. Designed by Marblehead native, Jim Taylor, the Precisions are fast, stable and designed with ergonomic comfort features like deep seats and open uncluttered cockpits. The interiors of the cruisers make remarkable use of space with features only found on much larger boats. The Precision day sailers are remarkably well-mannered and have all-day comfort built in. With their simple controls and classic good looks, you will turn heads as you sail by in a Precision. You may not have heard of Precision boats, but they have been quietly building quality boats for over 28 years. Rather than put their money into heavy marketing, Precision Boatworks focuses on quality design and construction which lets their boats sell themselves. You owe it to yourself to see the Precision line if you are in the market for a trailerable day sailer or small cruising sailboat.

Precision 15 Keel - msrp $6,595I love the keel version of the Precison 15. With a 250lb lead bulb keel, this is the boat for anyone who wants an easy-to-rig day sailer that is more stable and self righting. This is also the 15 footer that will still be upright on the mooring after the storm clears.
