AGREEMENT: I agree to make the boat available to be shown at reasonable times. I agree to sell my boat if my asking price is offered, with the understanding that I may elect to accept a lower offer. I agree to pay commission of 10% of the selling price to Sailing Specialties with a $2,000 minimum commission on boats selling under $20,000. I agree to inform Sailing Specialties if the boat is sold and to provide the name of the buyer. I have not signed an exclusive or central listing agreement with any broker, boatyard or marina concerning this boat.
