Robert Christopher Yacht Sales has proudly opened an office at The Marina At The American Wharf, Norwich, CT. this past July 2012. This is a magnificent 200 slip maritime complex complete with swimming pool, gas dock and restaurant, located at the top of the Thames River in Norwich CT.

RCYS has now brought yacht brokerage and yacht sales to this great facility and will be also featuring the full line of Albin boats and yachts. Slips, summer and winter storage can be arranged by contacting the marina directly. Our own Captain John Hotte is our on site Professional Yacht Broker and you can stop by and chat with Capt. Marina History
Founded in 1988 as the vibrant, waterfront centerpiece of Norwich’s Downtown, the Marina at American Wharf is located at the head of Thames River, and mouth of the Yantic River in beautiful Norwich, CT.
It provides both a community-gathering place and access for boaters to Connecticut’s largest attractions such as Mohegan Sun just three minutes away.
From fishing and recreational boats to the finest yachts, this 200-slip Marina offers dockage and a full range of services and amenities for both seasonal and transient boaters. The Marina and professional staff can accommodate vessels up to 200’ and offers a full-service marina with a facility for events, swimming pool, restaurant, his & her locker rooms and more!
Since 1988 the Marina at American Wharf has hosted Norwich’s July 4th Extravaganza and fireworks display, an event which brings tens of thousands of people and family fun to the waterfront to light up the night sky in honor of our nation’s independence. Mike Valentine Marina Manager
Mike Valentine has been serving as the Marina Manager since May 2006. He started with the Marina as a dockhand, then a supervisor, during summers while he was in college. For Mike, being the Marina Manager is all about connecting with the customers. “We have a lot of repeat customers, and it’s very fulfilling to see people come back again and again. I’ve seen people’s kids grow up and people who retire and get to enjoy their boats more. When you have a connection it doesn’t feel like work,” Mike said. “Everyone comes here for recreation, and I do everything I can to ensure that people enjoy themselves while they are here.” A native of Norwich, Mike grew up in nearby Salem, CT before earning a degree in History at Boston College.
