LAURIE ELLSWORTH INTERIORSLaurie Ellsworth Interiors is a full service interior design firm specializing in yacht design. Being a yacht owner herself with extensive cruising experience, Laurie combines her formal design training with practical yachting experience, offering designs that are functionally smart, as well as beautiful. Design Philosophy We base our approach on two truths. The first: the design of your yacht should be about you and your preferences, not the designer's. Second: a yacht should feel like a home, yet still functional like an ocean-going vessel. Although many yacht owners are unfamiliar with the language of design,they are experts when it comes to how they use their yacht, and what they do and don't like. It is our job, as a designer, to glean these truths from you, and then visually interpret the right solution within your yacht's interior. We want that solution to be uniquely yours.
