We are involved with all aspects of the sale including assistance with financing, insurance, berthing, surveys, haul outs, repairs, equipment additions, title transfers, yacht familiarization and handling. We never charge a buyer for assisting with the above. Sellers pay an agreed upon commission amount and if another broker is involved, we split that amount.
