Randall is a licensed Yacht Broker and a licensed Boat Loan Broker. "My father joined the Del Rey Yacht Club when I was in Jr. High School and purchased a Columbia 21 open cockpit sloop. I sailed it every day that summer. The boat was not equiped with an outboard motor so I learned to sail with the tides and bring the boat into the slip by dropping the sails at the proper moment." "Over the years I have owned many boats , both power and sail, modern and classic. My wife and I own a fully restored classic Al Mason 51' Centerboard Yawl, a 38' Carver Santigo motoryacht and the office tenders - 16' Whaler Dauntless, restored 17' Whaler Montauk, 18' Nova Marine RIB w/ twin 90's, and a 19'T-Top Proline!!." Lou is a licensed Yacht Sales Person and a Licensed captain. Lou has been an active boater for over forty years. He has both sail and power boat experience. During that period he has owned eight boats, including three in the forty foot plus size. He has operated boats in a variety of fresh water areas including the Mississippi River, Lake Michigan, Lake Tahoe, Lake Mead and many other locations. He has operated boats in the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean Sea. Lou has been a licensed captain since 1997 and currently holds a 100 ton U.S. Coast Guard License. He operated a sport fishing and scuba diving charter business in Southern California for three years. During this period he took clients to local offshore islands and coastal areas. He also works as a delivery captain and for the film industry on water related filming. Lou entered the yacht brokerage business in 2002. He is well versed in all aspects of boating and marine electronics and enjoys helping customers find the perfect boat to fit their needs.
Steve is a licensed Yacht Sales Person. Steve Cagle has been actively boating in So. California for over 30 years. Beginning with his work as an apprentice rigger at a local brokerage during high school and his ownership of a number of boats over the last 20 years, Steve has an extensive knowledge of marine systems and maintenance. You will often find him on the water, at Catalina, or fishing one of the local marlin tournaments aboard his 33’ Egg Harbor Sportfisher, “HUEVOS.” His experience and enthusiasm will help you find your “perfect boat."
Bob is a licensed Yacht Sales Person and a licensed captain. Trust and reliability – important to you, important for your vessel, important in the person handling your boating needs. With over 40 years of experience in boating and commercial shipping, Bob has a solid understanding of what is important to the individual boat owner and puts his customers first and foremost in assisting them with their objectives. Bob is currently employed full time as the Director of Marketing at Pacific Seacraft
John is a licensed Yacht Sales Person. John brings to the company a lifetime of experience dealing with hi-end goods to "big spender". His English wit, talent and experience are appreciated by his clients and company associates alike.

Licensed Yacht Sales Person with over 30 years experience selling yachts of all sizes. Dennis joined us from another brokerage. Dennis McColl, is a sailor with extensive cruising and racing credentials including sailing on ‘The River Thames’ and ‘Norfolk Broads’ in England, and the Transpac and Pacific Cup races to Hawaii. Dennis keeps his sailing skills tweaked on an Islander 32’ which he sails regularly in San Diego. He was a ‘Convair Sailing Club’ instructor for about 20 years. And, having volunteered over 1900 hours with the San Diego Maritime Museum helping with all phases in rebuilding their Pilot boat, Dennis has acquired a wealth of knowledge of steel and wooden hull vessels, a valuable commodity in today’s fiberglass world. A call to Dennis will vastly improve both the buyer’s and seller’s experience in a little known area of today’s boat market.
Company in-house designer/artist! Christina & Randall have been married for 21 years. Christina is known internationally for her exceptional figurative paintings & her interior designs. Along with her fine art paintings, Christiina has been commissioned to paint the 100th Citation 10 jet, design national postage stamps for Granada, created a national beer advertising program for major beer company, created art for many books, posters, and Off-Broadway plays! Her work has been featured on The Playboy Channel, in the Italian AD magazine, ArtNews Magazine , CNN & Fox news, and in hundreds of other magazines & TV stories! Licensed yacht salesman. A veteran yacht salesman, Steve lives on his Trimaran in Richmond and has well over 25 years experience in the boating world!! His last boat was a 74' Schooner that he sail to Mexico and back!

Cynthia has a new Temp Salesman's License and is waiting to take her salesman test. Cynthia comes to us via the personal fitness and modeling industries and brings with her many hi-end clients from Malibu and Beverly Hills.
