VIDEO EDITING IN-HOUSE!!
We have our own in-house video editing system for producing boat videos for our Youtube channel. Equipment includes two HD video cameras, digitals still cameras including a Nikon 5400 with special wide angle lense and external flash for interior still shots, a dual-core 3gig XP computer with four 19' LCD monitors running Microsoft's MovieMaker, digital editing tablet, back up system, etc!!
We have a second system, a Mac Book Pro that we edit videos on using Macs iMovie software.
Full video editing and conversion work station. We have the machines and capability to convert clients boat videos and incorporate the videos into our marketing videos on our Youtube channel. Formats that can be converted: U-Matic Beta, Compact Beta, S-VHS, C-VHS, HI8, Video8, Digital8, Mini-DV, AVCHD, and most any other analog video format!

Our fun and intimate 20' Duffy electric Admirals launch is slipped just a few feet our Marina del Rey office. This "upscale" and very "Green" electric Duffy makes showing boats in Marina del Rey a pleasure and allows our sales staff to accommodate up to 15 clients in comfort and quiet!!!
In addition to transporting clients to see boats, the Duffy is used for direct marketing drops - we hand drop flayers encased in zip-lock bags to boats and boaters in all the Southern California marinas!! Our Duffy (with trailer) allow us access to marinas that are normally inaccessible to other direct marketing programs!!

We have our own computerized vinyl sign cutting system that allows us to make custom sales signs, boat info lettering, store window signs, boat window lettering, auto mag signs, window signs for salesman's cars, boat show signage, and display banners, large custom laminated posters, etc. This not only saves us thousands of dollars a year, but gives us the advantage of, within minutes of a marketing idea, we can make inexpensive, custom marketing signage and other materials in-house!

BOAT SHOWS:
We do most of the In-The-Water boat shows in Southern California. Our displays consist of 8-10 new and quality pre-owned boats. Each boat is identified with its' own polished stainless stand in front of the boat with an in-depth, laminated and bound info book about the boat. Our display incorporates 4-to-6 20ft flag poles that set-off and identify our space with appropriate flags and banners. Each boat is manned with a salesman that knows the boat in depth. All interiors are protected with plastic carpet covering and dressed up with flowers and other decorative items.
Show leads are immediate entered into our Client Relationship Management (CRM) program that is internet-based via our own server and accessible world wide by our staff.
For the September 2006 Newport Lido In-The-Water Boat Show we showcased 9 stunning yachts that included a new 70' DYNA Craft Laguna, 70' Johnson, 62' Defever, 46' navigator, 54' Sea ray, 40' Cranchi, 35' Chaparral, 39' Sea Ray!
Boat Show marketing is one of the keys to our success. Our displays include a 7ft tall listing board packed with photos of our brokerage listings, polished stainless steel pedestals in front of our in-the-water display boats for our custom printed and laminated show book for the boat, laminated show books on board for each boat, printed hand-outs for every show boat, and full brokerage listing handouts.
