Aft Deck: Passing under the side entry lighting you enter the large and open aft deck. This area provides excellent open air seating and docking convenience. Furniture, and outdoor carpet fill out this living area. Ample storage, stainless sink, fresh water coiled hose behind the teak door, exterior ceiling lights and a stereo system w/FM & CD round out the amenities to this outdoor parlor. For privacy and protection from the elements Stamoid curtains maybe quickly lowered. A swim platform with ladder and American flag and staff are at the stern.
Fore Deck: Open unencumbered space with a solid bow pulpit, Ideal windlass, Delta anchor with rode (also a Fortress 37 included), fresh water wash down, white painted rails for ease of maintenance, recent lifelines, wrap around windshield cover and 4 fenders in ss racks make this area safe & functional.
Bridge Deck: Four steps up to the command bridge (spare props behind seat) a Todd Deluxe ladder back captains chair and cushioned seating/sun lounge for up to a dozen. The custom aluminum top was by Pipeworks of Michigan. The full enclosure is of Stamoid and Strata glass and has 4 overhead red/white lights, extensive storage under 6 seating configurations and forward of the helm station are 2 teak access doors. Electrical includes 120VAC for the Marqulpt low profile davit and an added 12VDC distribution panel. Hydraulic steering, controls for Bennet trim tabs, Glendenning engine synchronizers, spotlight, emergency engine stops,as well as a full instrument panel are at the helm. A dinghy cradle and the davit are on the aft deck roof.
Electronics:Furuno 1900C GPS 10" color plotter w/ C map, network sounder, (transducer 2003) Furuno 48 mile radar, Datamarine speed and depth, ICOM VHF with remote (salon) and hailer.
Master Stateroom: Located aft this stateroom has Shaw blue carpet, queen island bed, 3 drawer end tables with custom coral lamps, 2 cedar lined lighted closets, large counter tops with 9 storage drawers and additional storage above, 21" TV, AC, large (escape) hatch for flow thru ventilation and 3 portholes. The connecting master bath has a tub/shower behind a mirrored enclosure, electric VacuFlush head, lighted medicine cabinet, exhaust fan, Corian vanity with storage, porthole & 120/12V lighting.
Study/Large Closet: Forward and starboard of the master stateroom, carpeted with a desk/computer station, book shelves and closet. An additional large closet contains 11 ft' of clothing hanging space, new 120/12V lighting. A stacked washer and dryer could easily be added.
Guest Head: Port side, on the carpeted hallway to the master stateroom and across from the study, the second of three heads is located here.
Salon: Forward and up a few steps the salon is the location of great views and comfortable functionality. In addition to the lower helm, instruments and electrical distribution panels, the area has been completely upgraded. Bamboo flooring, custom wood blinds, leather sofa, coffee table(with large storage drawer), tinted windows, large Corian snack bar/chart table with 2 quality chairs, a Sony Surround Sound entertainment system w/27"TV, DVD/CD, AM/FM and new lighting. Also AC with digital controls, central vac, decorative art wall tiles, 2 small bamboo tables, teak lamp, reading light, built in book shelves and the Weems & Plath original clock & barometer.
Galley/Dinette: Down three steps is the galley dinette area. The counter tops were redone to accommodate all new full size GE appliances and more storage. Upgrades include: a Broan trash compactor, appliance barn, 20 cu.ft. side by side refrig/frez w/ice maker, Advantium convection/baking/microwave oven, a 220V 4 burner glass cook top and a stainless 2 basin deep sink. Decorative ceramic wall tiles were installed the cooking prep area. Under counter lights and 2 pot & pan slide out drawers, plus new areas for storing staples above the refrig make cooking aboard a pleasure. The dinette seats up to 6 and can lower to become a double bed with more storage under one seat. The Freedom 25 inverter is under the other seat with 2-4D batteries. A full wall mirror backs the dinette and AC is provided by the third CruiseAir unit which also serves the forward stateroom. 2 portholes provide cross ventilation and kitchen smoke & CO2 detectors are also in this area.
Large over/under bunks with new custom fitted sheets are to starboard along with reading lights, 2 portholes and a large hatch(escape) above. The 3rd head is on the port side with a shower, Corian vanity, sink, medicine cabinet, exhaust fan and the third VacuFlush toilet. Windlass on/off switch are on the wall next to the anchor rode storage area door. The rode area is lighted.
Engine Room: Accessible by raising the steps to the aft quarters, or removing the steps to the galley. The room is well lit with a water hose available, seat and tool box. The Detroits have AirSteps, exhaust blankets, PSY dripless shaft seals, synchronizers and emergency stops from either steering location. The generator produces 120 and 200VAC and will power everthing onboard simultaneously. Batteries are 2-8D Rolls and 1-group 27. The batteries and Guest charger are recent. Fuel flows thru 3 Racor fuel filters and and Oil changer and Halon system are installed.
