Vessel Walkthrough

Boarding MILLER TIME IV is easy from a floating dock onto the swim platform and up a step through the transom door or via the side deck rail openings from midship.

The Aft Deck has a proper shaded overhang, built in seating, port and starboard steps to the side deck and molded steps to the Flybridge.  Entrance to the Salon is via a sliding door to port.

The Salon has twin J shaped sofas facing each other, an entertainment center and large side windows.

Two steps up is the Galley to starboard and a C shaped dinette to port again with plentiful large windows for excellent natural light.

Down six steps are the accommodations with a VIP Double Cabin to starboard, an over/under Cabin to port with a full laundry, a Guest Head to starboard and the Master Cabin forward with a full private Head.

Salon

The Salon is entered via a sliding "Trend" stainless steel door on the portside.  Immediately upon entry to port is a bar cabinet with liquor storage and two drawers.  Next forward is an off white J shaped Ultra Leather settee with storage below.  A cherry panel forward in the corner allows room for a table lamp or décor items.

To starboard starting aft is the entertainment center with a 21" Sony TV and behind two cherry cabinet doors a Bose 321 music system with hard drive music storage.

Also in this area is the KVH Gyrotrac Sat TV controller plus three cherry cabinet doors offering plentiful storage.

Next forward is a matching J shaped Ultra Leather settee with a cherry table in front.  The large side windows are covered with Duette shades with Ultra Suede valances, rope lights behind the valances and upgraded soffit type AC delivery.  Also in this area are seven halogen mini spots overhead, Bose stereo speakers, an intercom, dimmers for the lighting, digital AC controls and Duette shades for the aft door.  The aft door also has a full sliding insect screen.  The upgraded carpet is covered with a full (Velcro attached) carpet runner.

VIP Cabin

Entering from the forward end a queen size berth is aft and outboard.  At the foot of the berth is a two door full size cherry hanging locker with cedar lining.  Inboard from the berth is a four shelf cedar lined locker.  The upholstered headboard has a large inset mirror panel and two reading lights in the soffit overhead.

Outboard is a small storage cuddy in the cherry bulkhead with two opening screened portholes above behind Roman shades.  Also in this cabin are six halogen mini spots, a door into the Guest Head, a carpeted sole and a dedicated SMX digital air conditioner control.

Guest Head

The Starboard Side Guest Head has two entry doors, one from the VIP and one from the centerline Companionway allowing this Head to serve as the Day Head as well.

The sole is marble tile with Emperdor dark diamond pattern marble inserts.  The vanity has two storage cabinets below, a Corian countertop with an under mount Corian sink, two tone faucet fixtures, an opening screened porthole with a Hunter Douglass shade and four mirrored storage cabinets.  The overhead is mirrored as well and has three halogen mini spots, a solar powered vent and an air conditioning vent.

All the way forward is the Master Cabin with a centerline queen size pedestal berth.  The upholstered headboard has a mirrored panel above and a built in soffit with individually controlled reading lights.  Valance type AC delivery keeps the drafts off the berth.  Three cherry drawers below the berth offer storage.  Built in port and starboard shelves serve as nightstands.

Above are two screened portholes on either side covered by Roman shades with rope lights behind the soffit.  Above are eight cherry cabinets on either side of the berth for ample storage.

Aft to starboard is a built in 13" Panasonic TV/VCR combo followed by a cabinet with three shelves and two drawers below.  Next aft is a full size cedar hanging locker.

On the portside is a built in vanity with a hinged top and swing out stool followed by a full size cedar lined hanging locker.

The aft bulkhead has the Head entry to port stateroom entry centerline and a full size dressing mirror to starboard.

Overhead are six dimmable halogen mini spots and two solar powered vents.  The carpeted sole has two steps port and starboard to access the berth and two deck hatches accessing the bow thruster, bilge storage and the water tank.

Master Head

Accessed only from inside the Master Cabin is the Master Head.

Remarks

MILLER TIME IV is an immaculate example of the popular 55' Neptunus line of yachts.  Built in Canada she was a freshwater only boat up until the time the second owner bought her.  Upon purchase the second owner brought the boat back to Neptunus for a thorough updating and modernization.  This included all fabrics, carpets and soft goods.  In addition many features from the newer boats were added at that time.  In 2013 the entire top end of the portside 6V92 was rebuilt including new heads, pistons, liners and rocker arms.  The starboard engine went through a thorough inspection and needed new rocker arms.

From the shine of the fiberglass, the condition of the soft goods to the sparkle of the Engine Room it is easy to see this is not your average 55' 1997 boat.  She looks much younger than her age!

MILLER TIME IV is for the buyer who is not looking for the least expensive model of the 55' series, just the best one!

Not for sale to US residents while in US waters.

Exclusions
