Essex Directions
David Dorrance who has been with Prestige for 6 years is re-locating to our new office in Essex. David is a life long passionate boater, sail or power, and enjoys sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with his clients and friends. David is a strong believer in a long term relationship with his clients after the sale. David and his wife, Sarah moved to Essex two years ago with their three dogs and African Grey Parrott. They keep their Shannon 36 Fast Trawler, "Chelsea Morning" at the Dauntless Marina and are often seen plying the beautiful waters of the Ct. River. They are active members of the Essex Yacht Club, Essex Land Trust, Child and Family Agency, High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, Ct. River Museum and St. John's Episcopal Church. "There are certainly no lack of activities in Essex and we feel so fortunate to be part of this warm and wonderful community"

DIRECTIONS TO ESSEX BY LAND
From I-95 North or South: 1) Exit 69 (Route 9 North) to Exit 3; 2) At the end of the ramp turn left; 3) At the stoplights, turn right and follow this road into Essex Village; 4) At the head of Main Street (approximately 3/4 mile) the street becomes one way; 5) After the Griswold Inn (about 1/4 mile down Main Street on the right), turn right onto Novelty Lane. We are the large parking lot on the left.
From Route 9 South: 1) Exit 3 (Essex); 2) At the end of the ramp turn left; 3) At the stoplights turn left, follow this road into Essex Village; 4) Follow from #4 above...
DIRECTIONS TO ESSEX BY SEA
The Marina can be reached by turning west at Red #26 and proceeding through the southern fairway marked by yellow cans.
The Marina is just north of the channel. You will notice the fuel dock, which is marked by orange fender balls and the very noticeable Brewer oval. Call on VHF channel 68 for assistance.

Brewer Dauntless is a full service marina with seasonal slips & moorings as well as transient slips & moorings. Featuring top of the line amenities for visitors. Well marked channel approach, Free WiFi, picnic area, pump out facilities.
